Effie X Haymitch

when i was reading the first book I couldn't help but ship Haymitch and Effie.
 The first time they meet, at the reaping, Haymitch "molests" her in from of the cams. but the next time they meet are not bad.
All through the series they seem to have an understanding between each other although they might not agree at everything.
They seem to make a really good team. both of them have great differences...with haymitch always druk and falling and puking everywhere and Effie too obsessed about manners.
They share the same goal...make kaniss and peeta survive the games and for that they put away their differences and work together and are oviously better then the rest of the teams.
